We translated PROPEL’s core science into a brand that speaks human. This included a welcoming tone, simplified language, and visuals designed to educate without overwhelming. We focused on reducing patient anxiety by making the unfamiliar feel intuitive and credible.

2. Educational Website Experience

We created a microsite as a go-to resource for patients that explaining what PROPEL is, how it works, and what to expect. The site featured clear visuals, interactive education, and a custom physician finder, all designed to make complex medical information feel simple, supportive, and easy to act on.

3. Content Strategy That Drives Confidence

We developed a full messaging framework for patients, with pre- and post-op guides, explainer visuals, and answers to common questions. The content was crafted to build understanding, reduce fear, and help patients confidently advocate for PROPEL during consults.
